ARDIAN/ Acquires frome White Bridge investments a majority stake in Biofarma

Milan, January 17, 2022 (LF-MM) - Ardian acquires from White Bridge Investments a majority stake in Biofarma Group, a company active in development, manufactoring and packaging of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics. Germano Scarpa and Gabriella Tavasani, members of the founding family, will reinvest in the company alongside Ardian. 

Nomura acted as lead advisor in the transaction alongside Ardian with Umberto Giacometti (managing director and co-head of European financial sponsors), Francesco Bertocchini (managing director), Alessandro Quadrini (associate) and Filippo Gargano (analyst).
