M&A / Ethica Group with ACBC in the sale to Gyrus Capital

Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, assisted ACBC, a Circular Science BCorp certified company and a leading player in sustainable consulting for the fashion and lifestyle sectors, in selling a majority stake to Gyrus Capital, a Swiss-based investment firm specializing in transformative investments in sustainability and healthcare. Founded in Milan in 2018, ACBC is now recognized as a reference point for major fashion and lifestyle brands, guiding them through the transition to sustainable models and reducing environmental impact through a comprehensive range of sustainable consulting and innovation services, with a strong focus on research and development, product innovation, and sustainable solutions. Co-founders Gio Giacobbe, Edoardo Iannuzzi, and ACBC's management team have reinvested in the project and will continue to lead its development alongside Gyrus Capital. The shared strategic plan aims for strong growth both organically and through buy-and-build strategies to consolidate ACBC's position as a leader in the ecological transition, accelerate the internationalization process, and establish global leadership in sustainable consulting and innovation, with a primary focus on the fashion and lifestyle industries.
