Unicredit confirms main partnership with Pitti Immagine until 2027
UniCredit has confirmed its role as Main Partner of Pitti Immagine, renewing the sponsorship agreement covering all of the group’s trade shows until 2027. This renewal strengthens UniCredit’s role as an active partner in a key sector of the Italian economy. It also reaffirms the bank’s commitment to local development and the promotion of Made in Italy excellence, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and the internationalization of fashion supply chains.
"The renewal of the partnership with UniCredit is a source of great pride for us", said Raffaello Napoleone, Chief Executive Officer of Pitti Immagine. "For another two years, Italian exhibitors at the Pitti trade shows will benefit from a direct relationship with one of Europe’s leading banks. After six years of shared projects, there are still many initiatives to be developed together in support of Made in Italy companies, particularly those pursuing international growth, sustainability, and digital transformation".
"We are pleased to continue and further strengthen our partnership with Pitti Immagine", said Annalisa Areni, Head of Client Strategies at UniCredit Italy. "Our aim is to support one of the most important sectors of the Italian economy through concrete initiatives, including our agreement with Confindustria Moda and a EUR 1 billion credit facility to finance strategic investments in digitalization and sustainable transition. This is complemented by training initiatives such as the CFMI Academy, developed with the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana, to help younger generations build entrepreneurial skills".
The collaboration between UniCredit and Pitti Immagine also includes ongoing initiatives to support companies and emerging talent in the fashion sector. The first event under the renewed partnership will be held at Pitti Uomo 109 from January 13 to 16, 2026, at Fortezza da Basso in Florence. The UniCredit Theatre will host meetings and discussions on fashion, innovation, economics, sustainability, and lifestyle.
