Lvmh has announced key leadership changes at two of its flagship fashion houses, reinforcing governance amid strategic evolution in the luxury sector.
Amandine Ohayon will become CEO of Givenchy effective January 9, 2026. She will report to Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group, and will continue to advance the Maison following its recent organizational transformation.
Alessandro Valenti, who led Givenchy through a transitional period, will become Deputy Managing Director responsible for commercial activities at Christian Dior Couture starting January 12, 2026. He will work closely with Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou and join the Maison’s Executive Committee.
“Alessandro demonstrated exceptional determination and efficiency in managing Givenchy’s transitional phase,” said Sidney Toledano, noting the brand is now well positioned for future growth. Pietro Beccari added, “With her ability to collaborate with top creative talents, inclusive leadership, and strong retail expertise, Amandine will play a pivotal role in accelerating Givenchy’s next growth chapter.” Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou also expressed confidence in Valenti’s appointment, citing his vision and experience as key strengths for enhancing Dior’s retail and digital performance during this ambitious phase for the Maison.
