ROTEO named one of Italy’s top three hotel restaurants at the Best Luxury Hotel Awards

ROTEO, the fine dining restaurant at MUSA Lago di Como, has been selected as one of the top three hotel restaurants in Italy by the Best Luxury Hotel Awards jury. The restaurant is a finalist in the Best Restaurant category for the 2025 edition, which recognises excellence in luxury hospitality and high-end dining nationwide.  

This recognition highlights the unique culinary identity created by chefs Robert Moretti and Matteo Corridori, who blend Italian tradition with contemporary techniques and international influences. At ROTEO, local Lake Como ingredients are central to a cuisine shaped by the chefs’ experience in Asia and Northern Europe, resulting in a refined and innovative gastronomic style.

Overlooking Lake Como, ROTEO embodies the vision of MUSA Lago di Como, which emphasizes design, sense of place, and experiential dining. The restaurant has become a destination for guests seeking a fine-dining experience that is both locally rooted and globally inspired.  

Moretti and Corridori expressed their satisfaction at being named finalists for the Best Luxury Hotel Awards 2025, calling the recognition an important milestone and motivation to continue innovating while maintaining a strong connection to Lake Como and its resources.  

The Best Luxury Hotel Awards annually recognise outstanding projects in Italian luxury hospitality, honouring hotels and restaurants for quality, vision, and consistency. For ROTEO, this shortlisting confirms its growing prominence in Italy’s high-end dining scene and reinforces Lake Como's status as a leading destination for luxury travel and gastronomy.
