Wealth Management, Manuela Soncini appointed CEO of Cordusio Fiduciaria (Unicredit)

UniCredit Italy is reinforcing its Wealth Management organization and ensuring leadership continuity. Manuela Soncini has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cordusio Fiduciaria, a UniCredit Group company specializing in fiduciary services and wealth planning within the Group’s Wealth Management and Private Banking division. In addition to her new role, Manuela Soncini will continue as Head of Wealth Advisory for UniCredit Wealth Management and Private Banking in Italy. She will oversee Family and Business Advisory activities, ensuring strategic continuity and advancing the Group’s service model.  

This appointment aligns with UniCredit’s strategy to enhance Wealth Management and Private Banking under Renato Miraglia’s leadership, with the objective of driving growth in the private and entrepreneurial client segments.  After serving seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Cordusio Fiduciaria, Francesco Rubino has been appointed Head of the Wealth Management Network, succeeding Alberto Zappa.  "

As part of the transition, Alberto Zappa will continue to support the company’s development in his capacity as Chairman of Cordusio Fiduciaria.
